Product Description and Application 产品描述和用途
125 ℃thermoplastic low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant automotive cable compound is a kind of rubber and plastic composite compounds which is produced with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. There are halogen-free flame retardant, anitoxidant and other addhesives inside. The highest working temperature is 125℃. The cables with it can meet ISO6722 Standard, and suitable for the insulation layers of 0.35 square meters and above of automotive cables.
125℃热塑性低烟无卤阻燃汽车线料是一种橡塑复合材料,其中加入了无卤阻燃剂,抗氧剂等助剂,经混炼、塑化、造粒而得,最高工作温度为125℃。制成电线后可以满足ISO6722标准,适用于0.35以上平方汽车线挤出绝缘层。
 
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
General PVC extruder is possible for the production of it. Recommend screw extruder with L/D≥25. It is better to put one 80 mesh filter on the position of screen while extruding. Temperatrue range changes according to different conditions of extruding equipment. Below temperature is just for boot debugging.
本产品可采用普通PVC挤出机进行生产,建议螺杆长径比L/D≥25,挤出过程中可在网板放置一层80目滤网。温度的选择应根据所用挤塑机的具体情况选定。下列各温度可作为开机调试的参考:

Conductor preheated to 110 ℃, and warm bath temperature about 40~60℃
导体预热至110℃,温水槽温度40~60℃左右。
 
Attentions 注意事项:
1)The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用,材料一经开封,建议12小时之内用完。
2)Please ensure the screw, barrel , hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前确保螺杆、机筒、加料斗彻底清理干净,加工过程中严禁带入杂质。
3)If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速挤出时,请慢慢逐渐加快螺杆转速,以免塑化不良,电缆表面毛糙。
