Product Description and Application 产品描述和用途
EHH is a kind of jacketing compounds with high-density polyethylene as the basic raw material, and mainly used for the jacketing of fibre optical cables and submarine power cables. The highest working temperature is 80℃.
EHM70 is a kind of jacketing compounds with medium-density polyethylene as the basic raw material, and mainly used for the jacketing of communication cables, control cables, signal cables and fibre optical cables. The highest working temperature is 70℃.
EHL70 is a kind of jacketing compounds with low-density polyethylene as the basic raw material, and mainly used for the jacketing of communication cables which is environmental stress cracking resistant, control cables, signal cables and power cables. The highest working temperature is 70℃.
EHH是以高密度聚乙烯为主要基材的电缆护层级材料,主要用于光缆和海底电力电缆的护层,最高工作温度80℃。
EHM70是以中密度聚乙烯为主要基材的电缆用护层级材料,主要用于通信电缆、控制电缆、信号电缆和光缆的护层,最高工作温度70℃。
EHL70是以线性低密度聚乙烯为基材的电缆用护层级材料,主要用于耐环境开裂的通信电缆、控制电缆、信号电缆和电力电缆的护层,最高工作温度70℃。
 
 
 
 
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to process with the PE extruder with L/D is more than 25.
建议使用长径比大于25的聚乙烯用挤出机进行加工。
