Product description 产品描述和用途
SEJ90-2-ZR is two-step silan cross-linkable PE insulation compound for low-voltage cables. It is a kind of insulations of low-voltage cables and control cables through  squeeze tube mold production process. It is made from silan grafted A, catalyst B and halogenous flame-retardant masterbatch SEJ90-ZR. The density of SEJ90-ZR is 1.82±0.2g/cm3,the proportion between A and B is 95:5. The
Adding amount of flame-retardant masterbatch changes according to the section surface sizes of the cables (10%~30%). It is mainly suitable for the cables of American Standards like XHH, XHHW, XHHW-2, RHH, RHW, RHW-2 and SIS. Large adding amount for small section surface size, and small amount for large section surface size. The general purposes are to make sure the cables pass horizontal burning test of UL-44. Working voltage for wire and cables are 1KV and below, the highest working temperature is 90℃.
SEJ90-2-ZR是低压电线电缆用二步法硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘料。主要用于通过挤管式模具生产的低压电力电缆和工业电缆的绝缘。该材料由硅烷接枝A料、催化剂B料、含卤阻燃母粒SEJ90-ZR 三部分组成,阻燃母粒密度为1.82±0.2g/cm3,接枝A料和催化剂B料的比例为95比5,阻燃母粒的添加量需根据电线电缆的截面积规格变化(10%~30%),主要是用于美标的XHH、XHHW、XHHW-2、RHH、RHW、RHW-2、SIS线缆,大截面电缆添加的较少,小截面积添加的较多,目的是要保证电缆通过UL-44的水平燃烧试验,电线电缆工作电压为1KV及以下,最高工作温度为90℃
